This feature allows users to analyze owned data (such as resources and distribution information) from various perspectives using an OLAP pivot interface.
The analyzed data and statistics can be saved and utilized in Excel or image formats.
Fields: You can specify the row, column, and value fields of the data grid to analyze data from multiple perspectives.
Options: You can configure options for totals and summary modes in the data grid.
You can switch between the Holdings and Usage datasets using the cards above, and apply representative analysis views with the axis preset buttons.
Records without a resource classification or distribution flag are counted as Unclassified; when the period exceeds one year the column axis is generated down to month level only.
Completion is judged by the completion flag, not the status label. Institutions that do not set the flag show zero completions, so read them together with request counts.
